Job Description
Could you be a new trustee for SCRUM Theatre? Join the team of this vibrant charity, working to safeguard the next generation of the theatre in innovative defiance of the arts crisis.
Contract: Voluntary, 12-20 hours per annum
Term of office: 3-year term
Deadline: 4pm, Friday 16th October

Job Requirements
Purpose: Act as a go to source of insight, offering their knowledge and expertise toward the betterment of the charity.
Time commitment: 12-20 hours per year
(e.g., preparation for and attendance at quarterly board meetings, sub-committee
work etc.).
Term of office: 3-year term after which you can choose to renew your ongoing commitment Remuneration: the role is voluntary, but out-of-pocket expenses are usually covered.
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities: Governance and strategy to ensure the charity carries out its purposes, complying with its governing document and the law (Charities Commission), acting in its best interests and ensuring its resources are managed responsibly.
