Experience of working collaboratively with partners, stakeholders and communities.
A track record of delivering complex projects and programmes across partnership environments.
Experience of translating strategic priorities into successful delivery plans and outcomes.
Experience of developing partnerships and securing funding or investment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational, administrative and financial management skills.
Knowledge of cultural policy, funding landscapes, governance arrangements and third-sector operating models.
