Significant experience within public art, visual arts, public realm, cultural development or a related discipline.
A degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within governance, risk management and decision-making frameworks.
Experience engaging with communities, stakeholders and partner organisations.
Proven project and budget management experience.
The ability to develop and implement systems, policies and procedures.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
Knowledge of current public art and public realm trends and issues.
Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends and bank holidays when required.
